Refund Policy

Thank you for being a student at Divine OET Training Institute.

If, for any reason, if you are not willing to take our services, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any service that you purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Divine Consultancy, Kolkata.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Divine OET Training Institute, accessible from https://www.oet.net.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Any training program once enrolled is not eligible for any refund, whether partial or full under any circumstances. So, you should be very careful, fully satisfied and willing to continue your training course before enrollment. Even if you drop your plan to give OET exam and move to abroad, training fee in exclusively non-refundable in nature. 

If you have enrolled in one of our training programme, but not started classes / tuition and a situation arises which is beyond your control like natural disaster, medical emergency, death of your nearest family member etc., you may apply for Refund on above circumstances. In that case, you have to write a letter to the centre head explaining the reason of refund, we may, on consideration of your request, initiate refund to you which will be credited to the original mode of payment within 14 days of receiving of such application, in that case you have to return the original invoice, student educational training kit which you have received at the time of student enrolment.
